Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to Magic Room's mobile games, including Tile Match (the "Games"). By downloading or playing the Games you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Games.
1. Apple's Standard EULA
Games downloaded from the App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms add to that agreement. If they conflict, Apple's agreement prevails for the license terms.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Games for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or exploit the Games, or use cheats, bots or unauthorized software.
3. In-app purchases and virtual items
- The Games are free to play and offer optional purchases, such as coins, power-ups, a Starter Pack and "No Ads".
- Coins, power-ups and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are a limited license to use within the Game.
- Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Non-consumable purchases (such as "No Ads" and the Starter Pack) can be restored with Restore Purchases in the Game's settings. Consumable items cannot be restored once used or if the Game is deleted.
4. Advertising
The Games show ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites and apps they link to. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use data.
5. Game changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the Games or any feature, level or virtual item at any time. Your progress is stored on your device, and we are not responsible for progress lost when the Game is deleted or the device is reset or replaced.
6. Disclaimer
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Games will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Room is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Games. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
